Job Description:

• AbVision Inc. (Milpitas, CA) is a biopharmaceutical company focusing on developing first-in-class biotherapeutics for treating cancers and infectious diseases. AbVision has been establishing emerging technological platforms of three therapeutic modalities for Tumor specific effector T cell generation, Active targeting vaccines and Immune checkpoint inhibitors, and. With AbVision’s proprietary technology platforms, AbVision has built sustainable and competitive drug pipelines for the next generation of medicine in various therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the R&D related lab work of cell therapy development.
• Responsible for in vitro cell based functional assays.
• Responsible for carry out work and input for building product pipelines. Assist in documenting experimental results and protocols.

Qualifications/Requirement:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Immunology / Cell biology / Molecular biology or related fields.
• Extensive experience in experimental techniques of cell biology and molecular biology, such as transformatiom, plasmid purification, recombinant protein expression / purification and cell transfection.
• Familiar with immunological assays, like ELISA, Western Blotting and FACS. Cell-based functional assay a plus.
• Familiar with mammalian cell culture. Primary mammalian cell culture a plus.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Expect to work independently and simultaneously on multi tasks on a daily basis.
